Effective date: October 23, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of perronerx.com (the “Site”), operated by PerroneRX, LLC (“PerroneRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about PerroneRX’s pharmacy services for assisted living and memory care communities, hospice and palliative care providers, group homes, and behavioral health communities. It is intended for facility administrators, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
2. Services are governed by written agreements
Site content describes our services in general terms and is not an offer, contract, or guarantee. Pharmacy services, including dispensing, delivery schedules, response times, consultant pharmacist services, system integrations, pricing, and billing, are governed solely by a written pharmacy services agreement between PerroneRX and each facility. If the Site and that agreement conflict, the agreement controls.
3. Not medical advice; emergencies
Site content is not clinical guidance for any resident or patient. Clinical decisions rest with the prescriber and care team. For a medical emergency, call 911. For a possible poisoning or overdose, call Poison Control at (800) 222-1222. For urgent medication needs, facility partners should call our 24/7 pharmacy line at (817) 731-5899 rather than use Site forms.
4. Prescriptions and pharmacist judgment
All medication orders require a valid order from a licensed prescriber and must meet federal and Texas law, including controlled substance requirements. Our pharmacists use professional judgment and may decline, delay, or clarify an order when appropriate for safety, legal, or verification reasons.
5. Prescription transfers
When you request a transfer, you authorize us to contact your current pharmacy and prescriber on your behalf. Transfers depend on the other pharmacy’s cooperation and on legal limits. Only prescriptions with refills remaining can be transferred to another pharmacy. We do not accept transfers of Schedule II controlled substances. In addition, Federal law restricts the transfer of Schedule 3, 4 and 5 controlled substances as follows: the Schedule 3,4 or 5 controlled substance prescription must have been filled initially before the proposed transfer can take place and there must be refills remaining in order to transfer it.
6. Protected health information
Do not submit resident or patient health information through Site forms. Clinical information should be shared only through the secure channels set out in your facility agreement. Our handling of protected health information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
7. System integrations
Any connection between PerroneRX and your facility’s electronic health record, electronic medication administration record, or ordering systems is set up and governed by your facility agreement. You are responsible for limiting access to authorized staff and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect patient information.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to provide false or misleading information, interfere with the Site’s operation or security, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, use automated tools to scrape Site content, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, photography, graphics, and the PerroneRX and Perrone Pharmacy names and logos, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for internal business evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerroneRX and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability for pharmacy services is governed by the applicable facility agreement and law, not these Terms.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PerroneRX from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
15. Accessibility
If you have difficulty using any part of the Site, see our Accessibility Statement or call (817) 737-7663 and we will help.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
