PerroneRX, LLC (“PerroneRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a long-term care and hospice pharmacy serving assisted living and memory care communities, hospice and palliative care providers, group homes, and behavioral health communities. This Privacy Policy covers information collected through perronerx.com (the “Site”). It does not cover our affiliate Perrone Pharmacy, Incorporated, which has its own policy at perronepharmacy.com.
1. Patient health information
PerroneRX is a HIPAA covered entity. Resident and patient information we receive from facilities, prescribers, hospice agencies, or electronic health record (“EHR”) systems is protected health information (“PHI”). Our use and disclosure of PHI is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices (perronerx.com/hipaa-notice), HIPAA, the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act, and our written agreements with each facility. If this Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices conflict about PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.
Some records we receive from substance use disorder treatment programs are also protected by 42 CFR Part 2. We handle those records under the redisclosure limits that regulation requires.
The Site’s consultation form is intended for business inquiries. Please do not submit resident or patient health information through it. Our team will arrange a secure method for clinical information.

4. How we share information
We share Site information with service providers that host the Site and support our operations under confidentiality obligations; with our affiliate Perrone Pharmacy, Incorporated for internal business purposes; when required by law, court order, or regulators; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or PHI.
5. Cookies and third-party content

If you share your business email, we may send information about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Operational messages related to an active facility relationship will continue as long as that relationship does.
7. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Information you submit through the Site is encrypted as it travels from your browser to the Site. We keep business contact information as long as needed for the relationship and our legitimate business purposes, and we keep pharmacy records for the periods federal and Texas law require.
